Another new restaurant

Recently, we discovered a Japanese restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui East. It offers teppanyaki and is served by a chef. The restaurant has a very elegant environment and even private rooms with extremely high privacy

This time, we chose "Chef's Feast". The chef explained each dish carefully. We not only enjoyed the delicious food but also learned some knowledge about the ingredients. It was very satisfying

Vinegar red fish with vinegar jelly
It has a refreshing taste and serves as an appetizer

Scallop sashimi
The scallops are bright and eye-catching in color, and their meat is very refreshing and sweet

Smoked
The smoky effect is made of peach wood, with a pleasant aroma that is very attractive. You can eat the small flowers together. The fish and the oil mackerel belong to the same family, but they are relatively different

Snapper sushi with black truffles
The snapper noodles are topped with a little black truffle, which can better bring out the fresh and sweet taste of the fish

Scallop sushi with black charcoal foie gras
The scallops are so thick and chewy when eaten. Paired with the flavorful black charcoal foie gras, it's excellent

Peony Shrimp Sushi
The peony shrimp looks as long as a palm. The meat is very tender and springy, with the shrimp roe of the peony shrimp mixed in the middle, full of freshness

Deep-sea pond fish with Perilla leaves
The thin pool body paired with the fresh Perilla leaves is quite nice

Boiled abalone
This is a very flavorful and chewy braised abalone

Grilled left mouth fish edge hand rolls
I love the edge of the left mouth fish the most. The fish oil on the edge of the fish after being grilled comes out and is very Juicy when sun-dried

Grilled Toro | Perilla leaves | Dried Cod Hand Rolls
The triple flavors of the hand rolls start with the plump tuna 攞, followed by the fresh Perilla leaves, and end with the crispy dried cod

Sea urchin caviar cup
The last dish was a sea urchin cup filled with a generous amount of caviar. The sea urchin was extremely sweet and fresh, and the caviar was so refreshing

Xunmei offers chef's dishes, teppanyaki, and a variety of Japanese delicacies. Why not give it a try?
